Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products in the shopping cart by clicking on the + or - sign or by clicking on the "Remove" cross on the left. By clicking the button "Checkout" you get to the next ordering step.

Please register as a customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the payment method. By clicking the button "Next" you will be taken to the next step of the order process where you accept the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. Please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully
3. complete the order process / terms and conditions and data protection
You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. check that all the details are correct. By clicking the button "Buy" you send your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that best suits you. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the page "Shipping costs", are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you additionally.

Payment with express purchase with PayPal
The "PayPal Express" button immediately initiates the PayPal payment for you. This takes you directly to the PayPal payment page without any detours. Your necessary customer data will be transferred directly from the PayPal account for the checkout. Afterwards you will be taken to the checkout page where you have to confirm your purchase. The order is sent to us only after you click on "Order for payment" binding. The purchase contract is only concluded when we send you an order confirmation.
Payment by credit card:
During the order process, the following credit card data of the customer are collected
- Surname and first name of the credit card holder
- Credit card type (Visa or MasterCard)
- Credit card number
- Credit card expiration date
- Credit card CVC code
and transferred to Stripe's server for debt collection.
Payment by SEPA transfer via giropay
With the help of the giropay payment method, customers can make payments for ticket purchases via a ready-made SEPA bank transfer. A prerequisite for participation in giropay is the participation of the customer's payment service provider in the giropay procedure. Furthermore, the customer must be approved for the online banking procedure with his payment service provider. A SEPA credit transfer via giropay is only possible if the customer's account with his payment service provider has sufficient credit or a credit limit.
Payment by SOFORT
With the help of the SOFORT payment method, customers can make payment via a ready-made SEPA transfer. The prerequisite for participation in SOFORT is the participation of the customer's payment service provider in the SOFORT procedure. Furthermore, the customer must be approved for the online banking procedure with his payment service provider. A SEPA credit transfer via SOFORT is only possible if the customer's account with his payment service provider has a sufficient credit balance or availability limit.
Shipping and delivery
If the item is marked as immediately available, the delivery time is 1 - 3 business days. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. We deliver to the following delivery countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark.
Please note that the delivery time from Germany to Austria (and vice versa) may take up to 3 business days longer and the delivery time to the other delivery countries may take up to 7 business days longer than indicated on the product.
When ordering by prepayment, the delivery time information is valid from the receipt of payment. If the amount is received, the goods go out the next business day. The delivery time is therefore an additional 2-3 business days (usual bank transit time) to the stated delivery time from payment order.

If you order items from different shipping groups, the shipping costs of the affected shipping groups will be added.
