Polyester fabric with polyurethane coating: Our all-rounder. Perfect for long-lasting outdoor use.
The fabric is absolutely waterproof, frost-proof, with the best UV protection, very light at 190g/m2, machine washable at 30°C, breathable and stretchable. The seams are ultrasonically welded.
The fabric is especially excellent if you want to cover cushions or pillows, for example, on lounge furniture, sun islands, outdoor beds, etc. with. So your cushions, pillows and blankets can remain on the furniture for several days and possibly weeks.
Our polyurethane fabric is currently available in medium gray, sand and green.

Equipment
By default, all protective covers receive loops + buckles in the corners as well as a drawstring in the hem to tighten the protective cover. But we are also happy to consider eyelets, zippers or other special fastening options.

Production time
In our sewing shop in Germany, we need about 3-4 weeks from the order to the finished custom-made. For larger quantities, we coordinate the completion date individually with you.
CAD plans
From each order a CAD plan with pattern is created by our cut director, which is plotted 1:1, manually transferred to the fabric and then cut. The CAD plan is stored permanently per customer.
State of the art technology
Our fabrics are welded with modern ultrasonic technology. During welding, the seams are also waterproof.
