What are the payment methods?
The standard sizes can be ordered by bank transfer, PayPal, PayPal Express, credit card, Giropay, EPS or Sofortüberweisung.
For custom-made products you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal. For custom-made products, however, we always ask for payment in advance. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation with invoice from us by mail.
How exactly does the attachment work?
Fastening is done with straps, each of which can be pulled through internal fastening loops. These are located in each corner as standard.
The straps are about 50 cm long and can be closed and tightened with buckles. In addition, we process a drawstring in the hem, with which the Wettertüte can be tightened again additionally and fixed with a cord stopper. For made-to-measure orders, other fastening systems (e.g. eyelets) or other positions for the fastenings can also be agreed.
Which shipping service provider is used?
We ship exclusively with DHL. So a delivery to a packing station is possible without any problems.

How long is the delivery time?
We ship our standard covers with DHL. Within Germany, the delivery time is therefore 1-3 days. To Austria or Switzerland about 5 days.
The production time for custom made varies between 15-20 working days. In high season max. 25 working days.
As soon as the weather bags are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with DHL tracking code from us. So you can track the shipment at any time.
What is the difference between the weather bag Premium fabric and the new fabric 2.0.?
The new fabric 2.0. offers several advantages over the weather bag premium fabric: It is lighter, more durable due to the stretch fabric and more color stable. The fabric 2.0. is welded by ultrasonic technology and the seams are thus tight. It is also machine washable at 30°. For all sensitive furniture (e.g. upholstered furniture, sun islands, etc.) we therefore recommend fabric 2.0. In the meantime, we only sew the custom-made covers in fabric 2.0. The standard covers will also be changed at the start of the 2017 season.
Is it necessary to add to the dimensions of the furniture?
Unless otherwise agreed, we automatically add a tolerance. In length and width will be added about 1-3 cm, in height will be subtracted about 2-3 cm.
If you do not want this addition, please inform us before ordering a custom-made product.
Even the standard sizes have a tolerance of about 1-2 cm in length and width. The above dimensions refer to the furniture dimensions.
Is shipping to foreign countries and Switzerland possible?
Yes, we also ship abroad. Shipping costs are 15,00 Euro within the EU. Shipping costs for Switzerland are 25,00 Euro.
VAT refund / invoice without VAT.
Especially for Swiss customers, the question arises whether we can issue the invoice without VAT.
Unfortunately this is not possible. However, we will refund the VAT after receiving the invoice stamped by customs.
Important here is that a Swiss billing address is specified. The delivery address can still be within Germany.
For corporate customers in other EU countries with valid VAT ID, we issue invoices directly without VAT.
My desired size is not included?
Feel free to send us a request. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for a custom-made product and also suggest an alternative standard size if possible.
How can I order a custom-made product?
If you would like to accept our offer for a custom-made protective cover, simply send us your complete address and the desired fabric color by e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation with invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. You are also welcome to use the contact form or inquiry form for custom-made products.
My Wettertuete is defective. What can I do?
Even the best Wettertüte can happen something. On our repair page you will find two options for repair. Otherwise, you can also call us or send an e-mail with a damage photo. We will then check at short notice which repair is possible.
Please do not use adhesive tape to seal open seams. Because then a new welding or taping is no longer possible.
The sketch templates do not fit for my furniture....
You just can't find the right sketch among our sketch templates?
Why not send us a photo of your furniture. Also we will then check again which sketch template can be used.
If no sketch fits, e.g. for "fancy" objects, we will discuss internally whether we can still implement your project and then send you a response in the short term.
We look forward to your request, no matter how crazy it may be!
At the same time, we try to constantly expand and adapt the sketch templates.
Does the standard size come in a different color?
The standard covers in fabric 2.0 are all available in the color "medium gray".
For custom made, you can freely choose between 4 colors:
medium gray, green or beige.
Are there any price differences in the colors?
No. The fabric price is the same in all shades.
How do I measure my lounge correctly?
We always need the actual furniture dimensions without allowances. We add the tolerances automatically. If you want to cover your cushions, we recommend that you always take the dimensions without cushions. This ensures that the cover fits perfectly in the winter, (when you store the cushions). In summer you can leave the cushions on the lounge. The Wettertuete then does not sit optimally, but in the summertime this is not a problem and the waterproofness is still given.
If your lounge slopes upwards (usually the backrest), please always measure the maximum dimensions. So in the example of the sloping backrest, you need to measure the dimension from the top.

Can I cover my pads with it?
Generally, the upholstery can remain on the furniture for a few days and weeks during the summer months. It is important that the cushions are covered dry. We advise to store the upholstery appropriately in the winter months.
If you want to cover the cushions of your lounge cover as well, we cannot give a 100% guarantee here that they will stay completely dry.
Even though our fabric 2.0 is breathable, condensation may form under the protective hood in high humidity. Therefore, please air regularly to avoid mildew stains and mold.
Are the Wettertueten washable?
Yes, the Wettertueten (fabric 2.0.) are washable at 30°C with mild detergent in the washing machine.
What needs to be considered when using Wettertüte ?
We recommend taking a look under the cover every few weeks to check for any damage to the garden furniture in good time. Please ensure that the Wettertuete does not rest permanently on damp ground. Moisture from wet paving stones / wooden planks or similar will not be able to escape, which in the worst case can lead to mold forming under the cover.
Especially in cold and damp weather, breathability is not ensured to the extent that such a large amount of moisture can evaporate through the Wettertuete .
