Shipping and delivery
If the item is marked as immediately available, the delivery time is 1 - 3 business days. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. We deliver to the following delivery countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark.
Please note that the delivery time from Germany to Austria (and vice versa) may take up to 3 business days longer and the delivery time to the other delivery countries may take up to 7 business days longer than indicated on the product.
When ordering by prepayment, the delivery time information is valid from the receipt of payment. If the amount is received, the goods go out the next business day. The delivery time is therefore an additional 2-3 business days (usual bank transit time) to the stated delivery time from payment order.

If you order items from different shipping groups, the shipping costs of the affected shipping groups will be added.
