Outdoor kitchens protective cover

Today we received a photo of a (admittedly) quite complicated outdoor kitchen cover. The customer is highly satisfied and so are we. It took some time until all the measurements came together. All angles, widths, heights, lengths, depths and distances had to be exactly right. Then it is also important that there are not too many seams on top of each other and that the water can always drain off well.

In the case of the outdoor kitchen shown, we preferred our RipStop fabric to the welded fabric. Due to the relatively many seams and sometimes sharp edges, the RipStop fabric with soft fleece inner layer and incorporated membrane is more suitable. The seams are not welded and are therefore also not 100% waterproof, but if the water can run off well, it usually stays well dry under the cover. In addition, the material is not only robust, but also breathable.

For complicated shapes, our cutting technology always creates a 3D shape from the miniature CAD plan. Here we can check that everything fits together well and that there are not too many seams. Sometimes, however, changes are made to the CAD plan in the sewing department. Whenever there are processing problems, we improvise to achieve the perfect result. The outdoor kitchens are now well protected from verdigris, bird droppings, dust, rain and frost.
